 Chef Walton's acclaimed
contemporary American food has graced the menus of top
restaurants across the country for over a decade.
Graduating from Boston's Newbury College culinary
school, Walton's professional career took him to award
winning restaurants such as Occidental in Washington, DC
and 21 Federal in Nantucket Massachusetts among others.
Here in his native New York City chef Anthony honed his
skills at Oceana until his co-ownership début with
Veruka, mixing a lounge setting with a variety of
assorted cultural fare. Anthony's cuisine has gained him
praise from the press and special guest appearances on
numerous televisions shows.

apple turnover with a cup of coffee at the quick
